### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `DashboardStatsVO`, the
aggregate counters rendered by the dashboard home page.
### Changes
-
`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/dashboard/DashboardStatsVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeEmptyStats`: counters zero, proxy/nameserver
counts nullable.
- `allArgsCarryStatsState`: cluster/broker/topic counters and throughput
round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=DashboardStatsVOTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
