### Summary
Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `NotificationDeliveryPageVO`,
the paged delivery row with its alert context.
### Changes

`server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/alert/NotificationDeliveryPageVOTest.java`
- `builderDefaultsDescribeFreshDeliveryRow`: attempt count zero,
references null.
- `allArgsCarryDeliveryRowState`: delivery fields plus alert context
round-trip.
### Testing
- `mvn -B test -Dtest=NotificationDeliveryPageVOTest` passes (2 tests, all
green).
