Addressed in the rebased single signed-off commit `d3741a2b`: - moved the help banner from `renderBrokerTab()` to `renderNameServerTab()`; - added a negative assertion proving the banner is absent on the default Broker tab before switching to NameServer; - rebased onto current `rocketmq-studio` (`e5ac52440`). Verification: 36 focused tests passed (including all 27 ClusterPage tests), production build passed, ESLint has 0 errors, changed-file Prettier and `git diff --check` passed, and independent review found no remaining issues. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
