The stale workflow closed linked issue #4513 on September 25 while this PR remains open. I updated the issue description to match revision `858fe917`: contradictory short/empty cloud message pages report an incomplete result through `resultMayBeTruncated`, with collected rows retained. The issue now also states that the regression evidence uses controlled responses rather than live provider captures. GitHub reports `viewerCanReopen=false` for my account on #4513.
