## Summary - record failed audit entries when proxy reload returns a non-2xx response - preserve the existing 502 API behavior - add deterministic regression coverage for a redirect response ## Root cause `ProxyAddressService.reloadValidatedProxy` converted a non-2xx `ResponseEntity` into a `BusinessException`. The following `BusinessException` catch rethrew it without recording the failed `RELOAD_PROXY_CONFIG` audit entry. ## Testing - `ProxyAddressServiceTest#reloadConfigShouldAuditNonSuccessfulResponseAsFailure` - `ProxyAddressServiceTest`: 21 passed - Maven checkstyle: passed - `git diff --check`: passed Fixes #5148 -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
