### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #4022. ### Brief Description Add a boundary regression test for one healthy Producer connection. It checks that the diagnostics keep the inventory nonempty, produce one resource and one unique client/address, and do not misclassify the Producer as a single Consumer Group warning. ### How Did You Test This Change? - `cd web && npm test -- src/utils/clientConnectionDiagnostics.test.ts`: 6 tests passed. - `cd web && npx tsc -b`: passed. - `cd web && npx eslint src/utils/clientConnectionDiagnostics.test.ts`: passed. - `cd web && npx prettier --check src/utils/clientConnectionDiagnostics.test.ts`: passed after formatting. - `git diff --check`: passed. The unchanged base's production build is currently blocked by the distribution-license gate in #5084, reproduced while preparing #5172. This branch adds only a test case. ### AI assistance AI assistance was used to inspect the diagnostics code and draft the single-connection scenario.
