`type` and `endpoint` now carry the same "modifiable on non-cloud instances only" note as `adminCredentialRef`; `InstanceService.updateInstance` wraps all three writes in the same `if (!cloudInstance)` block and additionally rejects `type = CLOUD` with 400. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
