Head commit for run: acb9d1a5caf098509c91ac8e27dafc7d5b96d0dc / btlqql <[email protected]> build(pom): move the binary license gate into an opt-in profile The gate was bound to the default package phase, so mvn package ran scripts/legal.py jar on every build. It requires a complete upstream license text inside every JAR bundled into the fat JAR plus the Boot loader license, which 164 Maven-published JARs do not carry, so the build failed for every developer, for CI's Backend Build job and for the server/Dockerfile build stage. Keep the gate unchanged and bind it to an opt-in inary-license-gate profile: mvn -Pbinary-license-gate package still runs it and still fails on the same 164 components. Vendoring those texts is a compliance decision this change does not make, and the container build keeps enforcing the same script as legal.py check-jar on the packaged JAR.
