### Problem `TopicListToolHandler` — the `rmq.topic.list` read tool — had **no test**. ### Change Add `TopicListToolHandlerTest` with six tests: | Contract | Pinned behaviour | | --- | --- | | filter forwarding | the input's `type` and `topicName` filters are forwarded **verbatim** under the context's instance | | absent filters | absent filters travel as **nulls, never blank strings** — a blank would become a match-nothing search at the service | | field mapping | every topic field renders through the item mapping: name, cluster, type, both queue counts, permission, message count, tps and the consumer-group count | | ordering | the list order is preserved (no re-sorting between service and tool output) | | empty list | an empty topic list produces an empty output, never null | | identity | the tool name and input type round-trip | ### Verification - New tests: **6/6 green** against unmodified code. - Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the type filter dropped (**red**); the topicName search dropped (**red**); the fetch routed without the instance id (**red**); the item mapping drops clusterId (**red**). - Restored: 6/6 green.
