### Problem `ConsumerGroupDeleteToolHandler` — the `rmq.group.delete` mutation tool — had **no test**. ### Change Add `ConsumerGroupDeleteToolHandlerTest` with five tests: | Contract | Pinned behaviour | | --- | --- | | execute | deletes the named group **under the context's instance** — the two-argument `deleteConsumerGroup(instanceId, name)`, never the instance-less single-argument overload | | preview | goes through `requireConsumerGroup` (the 404-ing read) with the context's instance, and shows the required group as the before diff (group name, retry count, subscription data type) with **no after state** | | warning | the preview carries the subscription-configuration-removal warning | | identity | the tool name and input type round-trip | ### Verification - New tests: **5/5 green** against unmodified code. - Discriminating mutations on the handler (build result verified): the delete routed to the instance-less overload (**red**); the preview's require call dropped the instance (**red**); the before diff dropped (**red**); the removal warning dropped (**red**). - Restored: 5/5 green.
