### Problem `ConsumerGroupListToolHandler` — the `rmq.group.list` read tool — had **no test**. ### Change Add `ConsumerGroupListToolHandlerTest` with seven tests: | Contract | Pinned behaviour | | --- | --- | | filter forwarding | the group search is forwarded under the context's instance; an **absent** search travels as null — never a blank string, which would become a match-nothing filter at the service | | field mapping | name, cluster, subscription mode, consume type, retry count, online instances, total lag all render through the item mapping | | availability marker | the decision-11 marker survives **verbatim**: `onlineInstances` of `-1` (connection inventory unavailable) reaches the tool output unreplaced rather than being clamped | | null list | a null `subscribedTopics` renders as an empty list, never null | | empty list | an empty group list produces an empty output, never null | | identity | the tool name and input type round-trip | ### Verification - New tests: **7/7 green** against unmodified code. - Discriminating mutations (build result verified): the group search dropped (**red**); the fetch routed without the instance id (**red**); the item mapping flattens the availability marker to 0 (**red**); the null subscribedTopics default dropped (**red**). - Restored: 7/7 green.
