### Problem `MessageProviderStub` — the fallback `MessageProvider` used when no real message provider is configured — had **no test**. ### Change Add `MessageProviderStubTest` with six tests: - every one of the five interface methods **fails closed with the structured `BusinessException` 501** and the exact `Message query provider is not configured` message — a deployment without a real provider surfaces a structured not-configured error everywhere, never an accidental runtime exception and never a wrong status code; - the stub satisfies the `MessageProvider` contract. ### Verification - New tests: **6/6 green** against unmodified code. - Discriminating mutations on the stub (build result verified): the 501 downgraded to 500 on one method (**red**); the structured error replaced by a raw `UnsupportedOperationException` (**red**); the message text changed (**red**). - Restored: 6/6 green.
