### What
`AuditItem` — the tool-side projection of an audit row — had no test. This
adds `AuditItemTest` with 3 tests.
### What is pinned
- every audit field maps through, including the **timestamp translation**
from the storage `LocalDateTime` to the contract string;
- **a null timestamp survives as null** — an audit row written before a
schema addition must not cost the whole listing its projection;
- a failure carries its error message alongside the FAILED result.
### Verification
- New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean (`mvn test
-Dtest=AuditItemTest`).
- Discriminating mutations on `AuditItem`, build result verified red each
time:
1. the timestamp translation crashing on null — red;
2. the error message dropped from the projection — red;
3. the operator field swapped for the result field — red.
- Restored: 3/3 green. Test-only change; no product code touched.
