## Why The ACL page header renders `acl.subtitle` with `rules.length`/`users.length`, i.e. the number of rows on the **current page**, while the tables are server-paginated and their pagination footers show the server-reported totals. With 45 rules and page size 20 the header said "共 20 条规则" right above a footer saying "共 45 条规则". ## What changed `web/src/pages/instance/acl.tsx` now feeds `ruleTotal`/`userTotal` (already kept in state from the page responses) into the header subtitle instead of the current-page row counts. ## Validation - Added a regression test in `web/src/pages/instance/__tests__/AclPage.test.tsx` that mocks one page of rules/users with totals 45/12 and asserts the header shows "共 45 条规则、12 个用户".
