### What `TopicOutput` — the tool-side single-topic view — had no test. This adds `TopicOutputTest` with 2 tests. ### What is pinned - every field maps with the **enum wire names** (type and perm travel as their names, the values consumers branch on); - **an unknown perm or type survives as null** rather than crashing the view. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the type translation dropped (red). - Restored: 2/2 green.
