### What `UpdateConfigDTO` carries a broker config update. It had no validation test. This adds 6 tests. ### What is pinned - the **cluster id is required**; - each numeric setting has the **exact floor and ceiling the broker API accepts**: `maxMessageSize` 1 MiB–128 MiB, `fileReservedTime` 1–720 h, `writeQueueNums`/`readQueueNums` 1–256, `brokerPermission` 0–7 — including the boundary values themselves. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **6/6 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the `maxMessageSize` floor raised by one (red). - Restored: 6/6 green.
