### What `AlertCorrelationScope` decides whether two alerts describe the same resource for cross-domain alert handling. It had no test. This adds 8 tests. ### What is pinned - **a blank source instance id matches nothing**; alerts on different instances never match; the **instance id is compared after trimming**; - **conflicting resource labels block the match**, while matching ones (whitespace-insensitive) allow it; - **a label present on only one side does not block the match**, and labels outside the resource set (broker/cluster identity) are ignored. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **8/8 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the instance id trim dropped (red). - Restored: 8/8 green.
