### What DLQMessageVO is one dead-letter row. It had no test. This pins: the identity and routing, the body with its base64 form, and the properties with their own truncation flag - so the UI can say "showing the first N properties" instead of implying completeness. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the propertiesTruncated default flipped to true (red). - Restored: green.
