### What QueryHistoryProperties bounds the message-query history. It had no test. This pins the zero-config defaults: 90 days of retention, cleaned up in bounded batches (500 rows per batch, 20 batches per pass) - the same budget pattern the alerting outbox cleanup uses - and explicit overrides winning. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **3/3 green**, checkstyle clean. - Discriminating mutation: the retention default drifted to 30 (red). - Restored: green.
