### What AlertEvaluationResult is one rule/sample comparison without persistence or side effects. It had no test. This pins: matches (the verdict the state machine consumes) is deliberately separate from conditionMet (the raw threshold comparison) - the duration window combines multiple samples before matches becomes true - and an unavailable sample carries no value. ### Verification - New tests on unmodified code: **2/2 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (record result). - Restored: green.
