It had no test. The topic list badges and the create form both key on these exact names, so this pins the five-constant vocabulary - a renamed or dropped constant would silently un-type every topic. - New tests on unmodified code: **1/1 green**, checkstyle clean. - Regression only (enum vocabulary).
