### Before Creating the Feature Request - [x] I have searched the [open issues](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues) and believe this is not a duplicate. - [x] I understand that a non-trivial feature is agreed in this issue first: the design is discussed here before a pull request is sent, as described in CONTRIBUTING.md. ### Is Your Feature Request Related to a Problem? The LiteTopic page (`/api/liteTopic`) is read-only apart from `extendTTL`: it lists Lite topics and sessions, extends TTL and shows quota/capability, but cannot create or delete anything. Today, onboarding a Lite application requires raw topic-config manipulation outside the console — `CreateTopicDTO` carries no topic attributes, so a `message.type=LITE` parent cannot be created from the UI at all. This issue proposes console-side lifecycle management for Lite parent topics and asks for alignment on semantics and defaults before implementation. ### Describe the Solution You'd Like , ### Describe Alternatives You've Considered , ### Additional Context m ### Are You Willing to Implement It? - [x] Yes, I am willing to submit a pull request once the design is agreed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
