### Programming Language of the Client
Rust
### Is Your Feature Request Related to a Problem?
The latest released Rust client is `rust-5.0.0` (August 2023), which is
quite outdated compared with the current master branch. Since then, many
important features have been merged, most notably via #1227:
- **LiteTopic support**, including the Lite Push Consumer
(`lite_push_consumer.rs`, `lite_subscription_manager.rs`) and LiteTopic message
sending in the Producer
- FIFO consume accelerator for Push Consumer
- Recalling timed/delay messages in Producer
- Priority messages
- Push Consumer implementation (#767)
- Migration from `slog` to `tracing` (#1040)
- Improved message status and timestamp handling (#1043)
- Various session/settings sync fixes (e.g. #903)
Right now, users who want LiteTopic in Rust have to depend on the git master
branch, for example:
```toml
rocketmq = { git = "https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-clients", branch =
"master" }
```
Other language clients such as Java already support LiteTopic in released
versions. A Rust release would align the Rust client with them.
### Describe the Solution You'd Like
- Cut a new Rust client release (e.g. rust-5.1.0, or whatever version
maintainers think is appropriate) from the current master.
- Publish it to crates.io.
