### Before Creating the Bug Report - [x] I have searched the [open issues](https://github.com/apache/rocketmq-dashboard/issues) of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate. - [x] This is a defect in RocketMQ Studio, not a usage question and not a defect in another Apache RocketMQ repository. - [x] I can reproduce this on the current `master` branch, or I have stated the exact version I am running below. ### Studio Version rocketmq-studio a92c23144408cdf5729707050e9ecd9b75f1bad0 ### Runtime Environment Linux, Node24.19.0, real Instance page/Ant Design under Vitest/jsdom with deferred create response. CSS motion disabled only to avoid unfinished jsdom leave animation. ### Connected RocketMQ Cluster No live server/cluster used; ordinary synthetic instance responses. ### Build Toolchain _No response_ ### Describe the Bug The custom Cancel footer allows closing Add Instance while creation A is pending. The operator can reopen Add Instance and fill a different draft B. A completion unconditionally closes and resets the form, destroying B. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Submit valid instance A and delay its create response. 2. Click the custom Cancel button. 3. Reopen Add Instance and enter draft B. 4. Complete the original create response successfully. ### What Did You Expect to See? Either prevent dismissing an in-flight create form or preserve a later form session. Cancel must not imply the already-sent creation was undone. ### What Did You See Instead? The newly reopened dialog disappears and draft B is lost. A real-component regression fails because the second dialog is absent after A completes; normal edit-update control passes. ### Additional Context Source web/src/pages/instance/index.tsx handleCreate around374–397, custom Cancel around815–825, opener around763. All-state issue/PR searches and prior own contributions checked. #5407/#5454 handles concurrent create/import submission; #1996/#2026 concerns list-filter refresh; #1505/#1506 catalog-response ownership. None protects a reopened creation draft from the prior completion.
