Reconfirmed on `rocketmq-studio@c34535db0`; no open PR currently covers this flow. Proposed bounded UI change: show a shared target control on Home and `/ai`. Its explicit default is plain chat (no RocketMQ instance); selecting an instance sends its canonical name through the existing `instanceId` field. Existing conversations show their persisted binding as read-only. A failed directory/detail lookup has a retry affordance. Before creating a bound conversation, refresh the directory and reject a disappeared target rather than silently choosing another instance. Remove `withDefaultInstance` and retain server-side tool/instance authorization. Tests will cover explicit unbound creation, selected-instance handoff, directory failure and removed targets, fixed historical binding, and no fallback based on list order or credentials.
