## Summary Closes #6988. Pass PEM input directly to CertificateFactory so it reads the first certificate's metadata without joining separately padded Base64 blocks. Preserve the complete submitted bundle and the existing bare-Base64 fallback. Add a self-signed public certificate fixture with Base64 padding and regressions for LF/CRLF bundles, first-certificate issuer/expiry/SANs, retained bundle content, malformed PEM and bare Base64. ## Validation - Before: the new bundle regression throws the 400 invalid-certificate error. - After: `mvn -B -ntp -Dtest=K8sCertServiceTest,K8sCertControllerTest test`: 35 passed, zero Checkstyle violations (Java 21). - `git diff --check` passes. This concerns metadata parsing; it does not add certificate-chain trust validation.
