### Which Issue(s) This PR Fixes Fixes #6999 ### Brief Description Replace the full-conversation run read and Java filtering on every timeline page with one query scoped to the conversation and distinct run IDs referenced by the bounded event page. Keep turn/id ordering, the full-history method for existing consumers, and the response contract. Empty or unusable ID lists do not execute SQL. No cache, schema change or dependencies. ### How Did You Test This Change? - A new service regression failed on baseline because a single event page invoked the full-history run read. - Java 21: `mvn -B -ntp -Dtest="org.apache.rocketmq.studio.ops.ai.conversation.*Test" test checkstyle:check`: 214 tests passed; 0 Checkstyle violations. - Tests cover page-only/deduplicated IDs, exclusion of the lookahead event, unreadable and empty pages, bound SQL parameters, ordering, and real H2 reads across pages and conversations. - `git diff --check` passed. All test sources compile. No production MySQL latency benchmark or full backend suite was run locally; CI runs the full suite against MySQL. The improvement claimed here is bounded returned run rows, not a measured latency percentage. ### Checklist - [x] One coherent change - [x] Conventional commit subject - [x] Regression tests use ...Test names - [x] No new dependencies, UI text or source files - [x] Existing owner and conversation scoping retained -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
