## Problem
On any network failure the UNAVAILABLE hint reads "Check --server, network
connectivity, and Studio Server status." (`cmd/error.go:119`) — but no runtime
`--server` flag exists on any command; the server URL lives in the context
(`config set-context --server`). An operator following the hint gets `unknown
flag: --server` and no progress toward the real check.
## Fix
Reword to point at the context's server URL: "Check the context's Studio
Server URL with 'config get-contexts', network connectivity, and Studio Server
status."
## Verification
- Extended `TestNormalizeCLIError` (`cmd/error_test.go`): the
connection-refused case now asserts the hint omits `--server` and mentions
`config get-contexts` (mirroring how the CANCELED case pins hint content); the
stale CANCELED comparison was updated to the new constant. RED first
("unavailable hint points at a flag no command has"), GREEN after.
- `go test ./cmd/...` ok; `go vet` ok. Grep confirms no other reference to
the old hint.
## Risk / conflict disclosure
One string. Open PRs #7114/#6899 touch other parts of `error.go` (deadline
classification / terminal escaping); hunks do not overlap.
