I recreated my tables:

I have added a new entry to my blog using utf-8 characters (čččč) in the title.
The Permalink is stil not available :
http://www.winsum.ws/roller/skupno/entry/%C4%8D%C4%8D%C4%8D%C4%8D
My blog is http://www.winsum.ws/roller/skupno/ . If I want to [READ MORE],
the requested resource () is not available.
Entries with Title using non UTF-8 characters works fine!
