This is switching topics and this isn't a discussion forum. I'm going to close
out the original bug about UTF-8. UTF-8 works as far as I can tell. If you
are having problems replacing the Application.resources, please try tasking on
the user list. If you feel it is the same as ROL-1413, please watch or comment
on that bug.
