Description:
Apply the following improvements for the "About your blog" field on the
Settings page:
1. Character length is currently limited to 255 characters for rendering
purposes. Don't include html characters in the count.
2. Provide dynamic "Chacarters avaiable: ###" element to the field (like
twitter) that increments as users type so users know how many characters they
have left as they are completing the field.
