Using the latest OpenJPA 1.0.1-SNAPSHOT release fixed the <openjpac> lock-up
problem, but unfortunately the Roller unit tests are failing with OpenJPA
1.0.1. I don't have additional time for 4.0 work now, so I'm going to leave
this on the 4.1 TODO list.
