After modifying a catalog, user should go back to "Manage catagories in Weblog"

After modifying a catalog, user does not go back to "Manage catagories in
Weblog" page as happens when he adds a new catalog
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install MS4 S4 build with galssfish V2 build
2. Create a Weblog > a web entry
3. Go to Create & Edit tab > select Catagories > Add new Catagory > Click Save
Note:
User is back to "Manage categories in weblog" page
4. Select the recently added catalog to modify > after editing click Save button
BUG:
User is still at the "Editing category" page
