Per a Sun Blogger: "I have used other blogging systems that caught duplicate
comments from the same poster and asked the poster for confirmation."
This usually happens when a commenter doesn't notice the following after
posting a comment on a blog w/ moderated comments: "Your comment has been
submitted to the moderator for approval."
