Anil Gangolli commented on ROL-1796:
------------------------------------
You should first seek assistance on the [email protected] list before
filing an issue.
This is very likely a configuration issue on your site and not a problem in
Roller.
There are instructions for setting up Roller to work properly with Unicode
characters encoded using UTF-8. Many sites are already using this
functionality; please check your configuration.
Also, if you are using any web server in front of your servlet container, you
need to make sure it is properly configured to pass UTF-8 URIs and other data
on to the servlet container without damaging the encoding.

> These problems are never happen in my laptop.
> First problem, when I deploy the rollerweblogger to the server,I had
> published a article and the title is using Chinese, and then I couldn't open
> it by URL. For example, when I click the "Read More" or "Comment", the
> browser will show error 404.
> Another problem, when I use the search function to search a article, I enter
> a Chinese keyword but it couldn't find anything and the keyword garbled.
