Resolution: Invalid
Problem solved by adding URIEncoding="UTF-8" on the AJP 1.3 connector in the
Tomcat's server.xml .
In conclusion, it is necessary to add URIEncoding="UTF-8" to the HTTP connector
AND to the AJP 1.3 connector
Must be indicated in install guide!
