Glen Mazza resolved ROL-1021.
-----------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 5.1
Added max queue size, total number of referrers to shutdown() logging in
ReferrerQueueManagerImpl. A third metric, average queue size is possible but I
felt overkill for a job consisting of a relatively simple INSERT statement.
> Referrer queue warning / filling up in logs. unclosed sessions.

> 3. After getting the warnings about the referrer queue filling up I
> > would like to get some level of instrumentation on that queue so that we
> > can see what it's normal fill level is and adjust appropriately. Right
> > now we at least get a warning in the logs if the queue is filling up,
> > but that doesn't mean that we aren't still constantly playing catch-up
> > on the queue.
