Yi Pan (Data Infrastructure) commented on SAMZA-390:
----------------------------------------------------

[~milinda], just talked to [~felixgv] regarding to the schema repo. It seems to
me that we can start with the https://github.com/schema-repo/schema-repo
project since it is quite flexible to plugin different modules like ID
generator and metadata storage. One thing we might want to check with [~jkreps]
is that how different the schema registry API will be in the new Kafka schema
registry. But worst case is that we need to write another adapter to connect w/
Kafka's schema registry.
