Could you move the javadoc block to be attached to the appropriate variables
(CONFIG_REWRITERS and CONFIG_REWRITER_CLASS)?
Right now when you do a build, the javadoc is attached to
STREAM_JOB_FACTORY_CLASS, which doesn't make sense.
