Thanks for checking before starting. I rechecked the current tracker state.

At the moment I do not see an open Azure Cosmos DB PR in `apache/seatunnel`.
The source-side discussion still has its own issue at #10357, but there is no
linked Cosmos DB PR open from either that thread or this umbrella tracker right
now.

The earlier sink claim in this umbrella issue is also older than four weeks
and still has no linked PR, so from the current tracker state it is reasonable
for someone else to pick up the next slice.

If you want to take it, the best next step is to make the scope explicit
before coding:
   1. `source` or `sink` first, not both in the first PR
   2. whether catalog support is out of scope for v1
   3. the minimum auth / API surface you want to support initially

A small, reviewable first PR will move much faster. If you want to proceed,
please leave a short claim message for the specific slice you want, for example
`I will take Azure Cosmos DB sink`, and link the PR back here once it is open.

If you want to work on the source side specifically, please also coordinate
in #10357 so the tracking stays split cleanly.
