### Purpose of this pull request
Fix the bug where Dameng auto-create-table fails when the source table has
column comments. The Dameng JDBC driver does not support executing multiple SQL
statements in a single `execute()` call.
- This closes #10933
### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change?
No.
### How was this patch tested?
Manual verification on Dameng database with `auto_create_table = true` and
source tables containing column comments.
