@davidzollo @LeonYoah Opened PR #11171 for this. Kept the first patch focused on SCN based specific startup for Oracle CDC. The change adds startup.specific-offset.scn, maps it into the existing RedoLogOffset path, and fails early for missing or invalid SCN values or file/position style offsets. Also added tests for config validation, SCN offset mapping, and preserving the SCN startup offset through IncrementalSplitState restore.
