Thanks @nzw921rx. I broadly agree with keeping the new runtime dry-run checks separate from the existing stable `TableSourceFactory` / `TableSinkFactory` responsibilities. From Daniel's side, I already have source-level blockers on the current unchanged head, and this interface-boundary concern reinforces that the feature is still in the implementation stage rather than merge-ready yet.
