Thanks for the work on SQL Server bulk copy write support. The direction looks promising, and there is definitely value in making this path faster and more practical. This PR has been quiet for a while and is still in draft state. When you have time, could you please refresh it against the latest `dev` branch and update the draft with the remaining work items you still plan to finish? That would make it much easier for us to decide whether to help continue from here or review a smaller follow-up. Please keep pushing on it when you can.
