Thanks for the additional rereview. On this unchanged head, I do not want to overrule a fresh source-level pass without a refreshed branch to inspect. From Daniel's side, the first concrete gate is still the same one I called out in the previous round: this branch is currently merge-conflicted / `dirty` against the latest `dev`, so it needs a sync plus conflict resolution before another meaningful code-level recheck.
