Rechecked the same unchanged head again because the CI fact has moved since the earlier Daniel round. From Daniel's side, I still do not see a reopened source-level blocker on this revision. The current remaining gate is the fork-side `Build` failure, which is now pointing at `unit-test (11, ubuntu-latest)` (with the paired `unit-test (8, ubuntu-latest)` lane cancelled in the same run). This branch is still behind the latest `dev`, so the lowest-cost next step is to sync with the latest `dev` and rerun `Build` first.
