PR submitted for `connector-mqtt`: #11461 Migrates qos/format/reconnect_timeout/max_queue_size/batch_size and the clean_session?client_id requirement from imperative `if/throw` checks to declarative `optionRule()` + `Conditions.*`, following the migration guide above.
