Thanks for picking up `connector-console`. That scope is a good fit for this umbrella issue. Please keep the PR limited to declarative-eligible validation only, and leave runtime-only or external-state checks in the existing runtime path. Once the PR is open, please link it back here and we can move the `connector-console` row from `Doing` into review/merging status.
