### Purpose Add a read-only Zeta REST API that reports the current slot usage for each running job. ### Changes - Add `/running-jobs/slot-usage` for Jetty REST v2. - Add `/hazelcast/rest/maps/running-jobs/slot-usage` for the existing Hazelcast REST path. - Aggregate slot usage by job, pipeline, and worker address. - Filter owned task-group slot records with the current ResourceManager assigned slot snapshot, including owner job id, so released or reused slots are not counted as current usage. - Document the new endpoint in English and Chinese REST API docs. ### Validation - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-server spotless:apply -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true` - `./mvnw -pl seatunnel-engine/seatunnel-engine-server spotless:check -nsu -Dmaven.gitcommitid.skip=true` - `git diff --check` - `git diff --cached --check` No local compile/package/E2E was run; this follows the current Apache SeaTunnel workflow preference to use GitHub CI as functional proof for PR validation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
