### Purpose of this pull request Clarify the LocalFile source schema requirements and the exact behavior of `csv_use_header_line` in the English and Chinese connector documentation. Closes #9948. ### Does this PR introduce any user-facing change? Yes, documentation now makes clear that: - `schema` is required for LocalFile text, JSON, Excel, CSV, and XML sources. - `csv_use_header_line` consumes the first CSV record and maps its column names to fields in the configured schema. - The option does not infer a schema or field types, and users should not also skip the same row with `skip_header_row_number`. ### How was this patch tested? - `git diff --check` - Verified that only the English and Chinese LocalFile source documentation files changed. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
